1. Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>

Sicily Food Srl,<\/strong> as part of its governance system, promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, integrity, and transparency.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24\/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019\/1937 on whistleblowing, a secure internal channel for reporting violations is active. <\/p>

2. Who Can Report<\/strong><\/h2>

The following are entitled to report:<\/p>

  • employees, collaborators, and interns;<\/li>
  • former employees;<\/li>
  • candidates for a job position;<\/li>
  • suppliers, consultants, and business partners;<\/li>
  • customers and external parties who enter into relations with the company.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. What Can Be Reported<\/strong><\/h2>

    The reporting system can be used to communicate:<\/p>

    • unlawful or fraudulent conduct;<\/li>
    • violations of the Code of Ethics or Organizational Model 231\/2001 (if adopted);<\/li>
    • improper practices, environmental offenses, abuse of power, conflicts of interest;<\/li>
    • risks to health, safety, or the environment;<\/li>
    • violations of national or European regulations.<\/li><\/ul>

      The following are not considered relevant reports: commercial complaints, personal requests, generic internal grievances.<\/p>

      4. Submission Methods<\/strong><\/h2>

      Reports can be submitted in the following forms:<\/p>

      • written<\/strong>, by completing the form available below;<\/li>
      • oral<\/strong>, via telephone channel;<\/li>
      • direct meeting<\/strong>, upon request of the whistleblower.<\/li><\/ul>

        Reports can be submitted anonymously<\/strong>. All communications are handled with the utmost confidentiality<\/strong>. <\/p>

        5. Whistleblower Protection<\/strong><\/h2>

        Sicily Food Srl<\/strong> guarantees protection against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization<\/strong>, direct or indirect, against the whistleblower.
        The content of the report is handled by authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.<\/p>

        6. Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>
